Franchesca Rodger is the Director of North Point Surveying & Consultancy Ltd. With a background in building surveying, construction management and building pathology, she has extensive experience inspecting residential properties, diagnosing defects and providing practical advice to homeowners and purchasers.

Prior to establishing North Point Surveying & Consultancy Ltd, Franchesca worked across insurance reinstatement, repair recommendations, project management and defect diagnosis. Today, she specialises in undertaking RICS Home Surveys, helping buyers understand the condition of a property before committing to purchase.

Franchesca also holds BDMA accreditation through the British Damage Management Association, supporting her experience in insurance-related property damage, reinstatement and defect diagnosis.

Her approach combines technical expertise with straightforward advice, ensuring clients receive clear reports that identify defects, explain their significance and provide practical recommendations.
